The theme for this year’s Halloween parade was chosen by Natalie Ann Poninski, who won a pizza party for her class at Willow Grove Grade School for her winning entry. “Animals Bring Happiness” is sure to spark several creative creature combinations for the 2017 event.

The Centralia Halloween Parade is a tradition that is older than the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. Now in its 91st year, the parade includes more than 140 floats, marching bands, and other entries as they travel south on Poplar to near Calumet Street.

For more about the parade and its joining Fall Fest, log on to the official website here. We will post a lineup list before the big night.
